There are Three Shared House options.
One.
The Owner resides in the home and can be a former Homestay Host but no longer providing meals. No Bond is payable.
Two.
The Owner resides in the home and lets out one or two rooms. A bond is payable.
Three.
The owner does not reside and the home. A Bond is payable.
